Desperate Heart animations are series of short GIFs , often directly connected to postcard’s motifs . The idea is to keep it simple, by using limited colour scale. I draw all frames by hand to keep the clumsy and charming character of these short movies/GIFs. At the same time “my line” is confident and it expresses different feelings by using simple symbols. I choose to keep hand drawing visible to create somehow more personal connection between me and the viewer.
